Locations in Titan Quest 2 are all the explorable destinations that the player can gain access to during their journey. As the player advances in their quest, more locations will become available to explore. Each location may hold secrets that players can miss, puzzles that may not be intuitive, and/or traps that may like to be ready to at least save not too far ago to avoid losing too much progress. Titan Quest 2 Story and Setting
Similar to the previous game, Titan Quest 2 unfolds in a fantastical rendition of Ancient Greece. The initial trailer reveals Nemesis, the Goddess of Retribution, as the main antagonist. She can be seen corrupting the Threads of Fate, as she condemns those who resist her dominion to a fate worse than death. The motive behind her actions remains unknown. Players will be able to embark on a mythical journey, spanning picturesque beaches, serene Greek temples, and unexplored realms, including the mysterious realm of the Moirai themselves.
Currently, the timeline from the previous game leading up to Titan Quest 2 remains uncertain. Notably, Titan Quest DLCs extended beyond ancient Greece, transporting the player character to ancient Egypt and China, unraveling the myths and tales of these regions. While the base game may primarily focus on Ancient Greece, it is possible for the upcoming Titan Quest 2 DLCs to venture into diverse mythologies, introducing novel and captivating landscapes rooted in their respective origins.
