Item Quality in Titan Quest 2
The quality of an item in Titan Quest 2 defines the item's stats and special properties. If the item has a higher quality, the lesser the chance for it to drop. There are 6 color indicators in regard to an item's quality: White, Yellow, Green, Olive Green, Blue, and Purple. Each piece of equipment will have varying rarities that determine how many random modifiers, i.e. special effects, it will have. Titan Quest had the following rarities:
- White - Regular items with no modifiers.
- Yellow - Magical items with 1 modifier.
- Green - Rare items with 2 or more modifiers.
- Olive Green - Unique monster drops that have a fixed special skill and 2 or more modifiers.
- Blue - Epic items with fixed modifiers and set bonuses.
- Purple - Legendary items with fixed modifiers and set bonuses.
