Accessories or Artifacts in Titan Quest 2 are special Items that are placed in a dedicated slot on your character. They also provide additional bonuses beyond those offered by your existing equipment. Obtaining Accessories or Artifacts can be challenging, given their infrequent drops compared to other items in the game. Alternatively, you will always have the option to craft them by locating an Enchanter and requesting their assistance in its creation. This page will list all Accessories available in Titan Quest 2.

What is an Enchanter in Titan Quest 2?
The Enchanter is an NPC or Merchant that offers services to either separate Charms and Relics from a piece of equipment, or create Artifacts. They can be identified by a yellow lightning bolt icon above their head. For separating Charms and Relics, the Enchanter would do this for a fee, they would then recover either the charm or relic from the piece of equipment, and the other one will be lost forever. For creating an Artifact, the player would need to present an Arcane Formula, and pay for the service for a certain amount of gold depending on the Artifact that will be produced.
Types of Artifacts in Titan Quest 2
From the previous game, Titan Quest, there are three types of Artifacts: Lesser Artifacts, Greater Artifacts, and Divine Artifacts. The Greater Artifacts would normally require Lesser Artifacts as ingredients and Divine Artifacts require Greater Artifacts to create. These artifacts grants the wearer a specific skill that can be activated in different ways and all of these specific skills have cooldown timers. It can either be activated on attack, on low health, on hit, on low energy, on ranged, and on melee hit.
